A PICTURESQUE SPOT. MANY VISITORS DURING HOLIDAYS. The motor camping ground at Beatson’s Park continues to attract travellers from the open road, who form a floating population on the hanks of the park stream, under the umbrageous protection of the leafladen trees. They come and go daily, their average stay in these seductive quarters being two days, although some parties take up their dwelling there for much longer periods. Quite a large number nf motorists arrived last night, and they expressed their delight with the comforts. bathing facilities and golfing placed at their disposal, as well as their thanksgiving for the beautiful climate they had entered upon, after their experience of wet weather in the districts they had just come through. There are at present 35 parties established in the camp, and the wandering visitors leave with warm praise for the hospitalities extended to them by the municipality, and are full of the desire to herald abroad the beauty, the restfnlness. and the convenience which are characteristic of Beatson’s Park, and which give the surroundings a home atmosphere, enchanting to the strangers who visit the town.
