The High CommiMlonerehlp: Sir James Parr, speaking at a meeting of the Now Zealand Association in London, announced the Hon. T. M. Wilford’s appointment as High Commissioner. Sir James said he was returning to New Zealand in the first week in January. He will be the guest at a luncheon given by the Association on December 6.
