There was a good attendance at the mart when T. Cunningham and Co. offered at auction Mr. Maurice Harnett’s nice little property in Ada street. Bidding was keen and although the property was passed at auction it was sold shortly afterwards to Mr. T. I’etch, of Havelock. The purchaser is to bo congratulated on having acquired such u first-class property.
