“BUY MORE WOOL” CAMPAIGN
TASK OF EDUCATING PUBLIC. United Prest Association—By CableCopyright.> (Received 12, 12.25 p.m.) London, Nov. 11. Sir Lawrence Wea,ver, addressing Bradford business mem on the question of manufacturers co-operating in the Australian “Buy More Wool” campaign, said that a plan facing the English advisory committee would be to increase consumption without considering which sections of the trade would gain most from the increase. He insisted that there must be positive propaganda in favour of wool, not an attack on other textiles. The task of educating the public as to the merits of wool was a large difficulty, but he was confident that it would be accomplished.
