AMUSEMENT COY.'S HEAVY LOSSES. (Per Press Association.) ' Auckland, Nov. 12. At the annual meeting of shareholders of the Luna Park Amusement Coy. the chairman, Mr. Henry Haywood. said that the past year’s accounts showed a loss of £3,577. He favoured an endeavour to transfer the company and its property to Australia. Negotiations were not yet definite. It was resolved that the sum for disbursement among the directors be reduced to £l5O and that the Harbour Board be asked to reduce the ground rent from £2OOO to £lOOO.
