Commodore Geoffrey Blake, C. 8., D. 5.0., who is to succeed Commodore Swabey in the New Zealand Division of the Royal Navy, will arrive in Wellington on September 6 bv the Rotorua, and Commodore Swabey will leave earlv in the month bv the Mahena for Sydney, where he will join a Homeward bound vessel.
