SIR JOSEPH WARD
PASSING THROUGH BY MAIL TRAIN TO-NICHT. ON WAY TO GISBORNE. The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. Sir Joseph Ward, arrives in Napier by the mail train to-night. On behalf of the citizens of the town, he will be welcomed at the railway station by His Worship the Mayor, Mr J. Vigor Brown. Sir Joseph Ward leaves early tomorrow morning for Gisborne, where ho will be present at the unveiling of a memorial to the late Sir Janies Carroll.
