As relative humidity should shortly increase, mornmg mists and fogs in low areas should become manifest. Winds light and variable, chiefly between south-eouth. west south-east and east. Sea chiefly moderate. DOMINION METEOROLOGIST'S FORECAST. The Dominion Meteorologist telegraphs as follows for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day:—The indications are for variable and moderate breeses, shortly northerly winds, moderate. There is a prospect of fair weather. The night will probably be Tery cold with frosts inland and morning fogs. The barometer little movement but has a falling tendency soon.
