NORTH ISLAND TEAM. H.B. NOMINATIONS. Hawke’s Bay players have been nominated for selection in the North Island team as follow: — Backs: W. Huxtable (Pirates), G. Yates (Pirates). Forwards: J. Gemmell (M. 8.0.8. C Campbell (Hastings), K. Steere (H. 5.0.8. S. Gemmell (Wairoa). The North Island team will ,be selected on Saturday next at New Plymouth, after the playing of the Hawke's Bay-Taranaki representative match. The Hawke’s Bay team will leave the Aard garage, Napier, nt 7.30 a.m. on Friday, picking up the Hastings members of the team at the Grand Hotel at 8 a.m.
