LADIES AT ROSE BAY. MISS KAY OFF HER GAME. (United Press Association— By Cable— Copyright.! (Australian and N.Z. Press Assn.l Sydney, Aug. 3. Tho second round of the women’s golf championship produced a sensation, Miss Mona McLeod (Victoria) doing the course in 77, equalling Miss Kay’s record of yesterday. The latter could not reproduce yesterday’s form and took 87 to got round. She was tho only New Zealander to qualify for match play starting on Tuesday The leaders 'for the championship are; Miss McLeod 159, Miss Kay 164, Mrs Gatehouse (Victoria) 185, Mrs Barton (New South Wales) 167, Miss Tolhursst (Victoria) 167. Other New Zealand scores: Miss Payton 185. Miss Stevens 189, Miss Snodgrass 192. NAPIER LADIES’ CLUB. The fourth round of the Donnelly Vase was played yesterday by the Napier Ladies’ Golf Club on the Wniohiki links, with the following results Miss Dalgletish, 2 down. Mds Von Kettle, 4 down, Mrs C. Geddis, 5 down. Mrs Fussell, 6 down. Miss R. Scannell, 6 down, Mrs Clark, 6 down. Mrs Kay, 6 down. Miss W. Kelly, 6 down.
