Press Assn.l (Received 29. 11.40 a.m.) Ottawa, May 28 Mr Henri Bourassa (Independent ) moved an amendment to the Supply regretting that steps had not, been taken to give full effect, in internal and externa] affairs, to the equality status, or to recognise the 1926 Imperial Conference’s fundamental principle in -respect to relations between self-governing dominions.
