NAPIER CABARET

There were a number of young dancers at the Cabaret on Saturday night, and all looked very attractive in their bright frocks. Wraps ana shawls in gay colours were worn by many as the night was cold. Among those dancing were seen. Mrs Borlase, in a becoming black dress. Airs St. John Hindmarsh wearing a pretty black frock beaded with silver. Mr s K. Richardson, in a smart black frock. Miss Leslie Williams, wearing a draped dress in tangerine tones. Miss Marie Stead, wearing blue taffetas. Miss Norah Hassall, in delphinium blue, with a vandyked hem. Miss Aleg 'Williams, in scarlet georgette. Miss Lois Caro, in a dainty pink frock. Miss Marjorie Campbell looking very dainty in her black dress, and her sister Aliss Joan Campbell, also in black with a lace skirt Miss Lucy Sproule. who chose a silver beaded dress Miss Ruth Pharazyn, whose prettv gold frock was made of lace and georgette. Miss Gretchen von Dadelszen was in an effective picture frock of black panne velvet. Miss Margaret Brodie wore a pink crepe-de-chine dress, low waisted. and attractively beaded. Miss Rua Symes wore vivid orange georgette, and her sister Miss Jean Symes was in a model taffetas frock. Aliss E. Barry wore a floral georgette prettily made with a pointed lace skirt. Miss Doreen Tennant’s pink brocaded taffetas had a hem of panne velvet. Others noticed were Aliases H. Chambers, Al. Turner-Williams, N. Cotton, B. Moffat. U Loudon and M Wanklyn.
