EMPIRE TRADE
NOT ONE-SIDED.
LONDON “TIMES” COMMENT
London, Aug.
“The Times’s” trade supplement says: “It is time an educative cam paign began in the dominions to show to citizens that Empire trade is not one-sided. While access to British markets under most advantages con ditions is valuable ,there is no justification for the belief, commonly held in the dominions, that Britain is raak ing no return for preferential treat ment, and the sooner the position is recognised the better.”—(“Times” cable.)
