A WIN FOR SIR THOMAS LIPTON THE KING’S YACHT SECOND. London, Aug. 23 The Shamrock defeated the Britannia in a 40-mile race at Torbay regatta by 802 seconds. The White Heather was third and the Westward last.—(A.P.A. and ‘‘Sun” cable).
