The Gisborne Supreme Court opened yesterday Mr Justice Ostler congratulated the district on the lightness of the calendar, there being only three cases for trial. True bills were found in all three. David Nelson, an elderly Maltese was sentenced to 18 months’ imprisonment on charges of receiving stolen property.
