The New York “Times,” in a leader on labour in Australia, outlines the New South Wales campaign and says: “Labour parties are organised on a basis of partisan exclusiveness which even Tammany Hall might envy. It appears that while organised Labour in other countries may have something to learn from the great Australian experiment, it also has a warning of examples not .to be followed.”—(A. and NZJ
