Recently the Sopwith Aviation Company of London (in liquidation) proceeded against Maunus Sanderson. Ltd., of Wellington, claiming £7lO in payment of goods supplied. When the case came before Mr Justice Reed in the Supreme Court, counsel for the defendant cornoration anplied for a non-suit. In a judgment on this point delivered yesterday His Honour said that without expressing his concluded opinion at this stage, he had determined to refuse the non-suit.
