HASTINGS ORPHANS' CLUB
NINTH KCRERO MANY VISITORS The Hastings Orphans’ held their ninth korero of the season last night, when Chief Orphan H. W. C. Baird presided over about a hundred members, including visitws from the Gisborne Savage Club and the Wellington Orphans. A delightful programme was submitted, which was contributed to as follows:—Songs, Orphans T. Williams. F. Collinge, H. File. E. Rivers, vice-president Herron (Wellington Orphans) and Savage Parker (Gisborne). Instrumental items: Guitar, Orphan Bennett; banjo. Orphan Turner; saxophone. Orphan Sorenson. During the evening the chib orchestra played several selections, which were generally enjoyed
