MAHORA SCHOOL
MEETING OF EX-PUPILS. A meeting of ex-pupils was held in the school on Monday evening, there being a fair attendance. Mr. Chaplin, headmaster, presided, and briefly reviewed the functions which had taken place since 1922. Last year no special re-union was held owing to the fact that two nights had been devoted to the school ball. Each of the past reunions had been voted a great success. It was decided to call a special meeting next Monday in order to make arrangements to carry out a reunion of ex-pupils, the function this year to be held in the school on Friday, August 26th. All old pupils willing to assist are requested to meet in the school next Monday at 7.30 p.m.
