HOROER IN AMERICA SPRINT CHAMPION TITLE. New York, Aug. 16. A Newark telegram states that Harris Horder, Australian, became bicycle sprint champion of America last night, when he was placed thirl in the 22nd of the 24 races to decide the title, scoring sufficient noints to enable the triumph a mathematic certainty.—(A. and N.Z.)
