ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
(Per Press Association). At an inquest at Hamilton into the circumstances surrounding the death of Robert Henry Smith, aged 21, who met with a fatal shooting accident on Sunday, the coroner returned a verdict that death was due to a wound inflicted by the accidental discharge Of a shot gun. Matthew Ledger, taxi driver, of 8 Marama Crescent, Wellington, dropped dead in Stepney Place, off Y ivian street, about 7 p.m. last night. The cause of death is unknown.
