COMMUNIST LEADERS EXPELLED. (Received 16. 9.15 a.m.) Paris, Aug. 15. "Le Matin” says the recent incidents in the Sarre territory led the governing commission to expel two Communist leaders, including Schlatter, a member of the Bavarian Diet. The newspaper “Arbeiter Zeitung” has been suspended for a month.— (A. and N.Z.) _____
