LONDON’S TRANSPORT PROBLEM.
UNDERGROUND SERVICES. (Received 16, 11.45 a.m.) (British Official Wireless). Rugby, Aug. 15. The London and the Home Counties Traffic Advisory Committee have laid before the Transport Minister a scheme which seeks to bring the underground railway omnibus and trams serving the London area under a central controlling body which Would co-ordinate future developments-
