WILSON CUP MATCH. NAPIER CLUB WINS. A match was played at Waiohiki on Saturday between a team from Wanganui and the Napier Club, the Wilson Cup being al stake, Itain made play decidedly unpleasant but some good golf was played. Napier retained the cup by 6j matches to SJ. The results with the vistors’ names mentioned first were as follow:— J. Goss lost to Kapi Tarcha. U. G. Williams lost to H. E. Crosse. J. Saunders beat G. Waipukurau, who won the Greenwood Cup early in the season lost it on Saturday to Dannevirkc, the match being played at Marakike Dannevirke won nine games to Waipukurau’s seven, two being halved. Riddell and Hape heat Ropata and Waddington; Hartgrll and McDowell losl to Peacock and Rathbone; Cunningham and C. Riddell halved with Reid and Beachen; Cooper and J.
