Lincoln Steeplechase.—2 Tuki I, 7 Vice Grand 2, 4 Peter Maxwell 3. Also ran: 3 Passin’ Through. 2 Kipling (coupled with the winner), 5 Zircon. 6 Kapuna. Charlatan lost hi s -rider at the brush entering the straight on the first round when racing with Kapuna in the lead. Passin’ Through set out in chase ot Kapuna and caught him at the fence where Charlatan had fallen on the first round and there Kapuna lost his rider. Passin’ Through was leading by 100 yards when he shook his rider out at the last fence, leaving Tuki, whose position had looked hopeless earlier in the race, to win by a dozen lengths, four lengths between second and third. Time, 6.10 2-5.
