COMMUNISM IN BOLIVIA.
INDIAN REVOLT SUPPRESSED. (Received 13, 9.40 a.m.) La Paz (Bolivia) Aug. 12. One hundred Indians are reported silled and many wounded by Bolivian troops when suppressing a rising in the I’atosi Department. The rising involved 50,000 Indians, who seized farms and' warehouses and indulged in looting and burning. The origin of the trouble is sa ; d to bo Communistic. —(A. and N.Z.)
