THE STEAMER MAMARI.
LITTLE DAMAGED BY ICEBERG. (Received 13, 8.35 a.m.) Buenos Ayres, Aug. 12. The surveyor’s preliminary report states that the Mamari’s lower plates on the starboard and port sides are crumpled. All the holds are dry. It is probable that dry-docking will be unnecessary as temporary repairs can be completed in ten days.—(A, and N.Z.)
