HIGH TREASON.
GERMAN GENERAL TO BE TRIED Faris, Aug. 9. It is reported from Berlin that General Schoenach will shortly be tried for high treason, the case arising out of a magazine article wherein he declared that the enthusiasm of the young, and even of the infirm, to join the Reichswehr was so great that there would be no lack of reserves in time of war.—(A.P.A. and “Sun” cable.l
