The Dominion Meteorologist talegraphs as follows lor 24 hours from 0 a.m. this day:—The indications are tor northerly winds moderate to strong and backing by west to south shortly. The weather will probably prove squally and changeable with scattered rain. The barometer has a ialling tendency but rising in about sixteen hours.
