The annual ploughing match of the Hawke’s Bav Farmers’ Union will be held on Wednesday next in a paddock One mile from Stortford Lodge, kindly lent bv Messis Bowen and Wilson. The programme will include the usual dog trials and hone jumping events, and in addition to £lOO in cash prizes there will be five challenge cups for competition.
