Record entries were received from all States and New Zealand. the Dominion having a specially fine display in the cattle section. Although yesterday was devoted to judging, the attendance already bids lair to create a record. In the class for Aberdeei}. Angus cow or heifer, two years old and under three, I). White’s Langley Prince second; cow or heder two years and under three. J. Burges’ (Wellington) Canning Downs first; fat cal tie any breed or cross fat ex rot exceeding five years. Wright. Stephenson and Company (Wellington) first ; Fresimis. reserve champion cow. Bloomfield barm Company’s (Wellington) Millowvale Galatea Segis; cow. four year.-; old and over in calf. In the Friesian section the New Zealand-bred bull, Echo Poscii of Oakview, and the cow, Joanna Mercedes of Llydholme, secured the championships.
