OF THE WORST TYPE.
UNDESIRABLES IN POLICE COURT. Marton, Mar. 26. At Bulls Police Court this morning, Francis Thomas Durran.and Colin. Edwards, described by the police as undesirables of the worst type, were fined £2O or three months’ imprisonment for the unlawful conversion of a motor car. ' They were convicted and discharged on a charge of theft of bezine. Durron, for using obscene language, was fined £2O or three months’ imprisonment. Accused had been sentenced, Durran to nine months and Edwards to three, but they appealed to the Bench for the option of fine, and the sentences were amended above. Both had bad lists of previous convictions.
