REICHSTAG DEBATE.
GOVERNMENT SECURE. London, Mar. 25. ‘ ‘ The Times ’ ’ Berlin correspondent states that the Reichstag debate proved that the Nationalists, who counted on returning to office after Germany’s entry into the League, are forced to remain lengthily in the Opposition, because the coalition support placed the Government more strongly in the saddle. Moreover, the fact that 12,500,000 voters approved the expropriation of princely bouses indicates _ a marked movement, of the Republican Left, increasing the Nationalists’ fears of a general election. —(Times.)
