Advice has been received hv the Under-Sccrotarv for Internal Affairs (Mr. J. Hislop) from the Secretary of State for the Dominions that the Japanese training ship Iwate expects to arrive at Wellington on February 18. Tho vessel, which is under the command of Captain Edahara. has on hoard ninety cadets, and a prince who is serving in the capacity of midshinman. From Wellington the Iwate will proceed to Auckland, arriving there on Febrnarv 26. and sailing early in March for Hobart.
