DUNEDIN WOOL SALE.
BETTER PRICES TO-DAY. Dunedin, Dec. 21. The wool sales were continued prices firming a little on Saturday night’s sale. Bradford was again the largest buyer. There were also apparently good American orders in hand for light-conditioned wools. Continental buvers took the bulk of bellies and pieces. A few lots were passed in. Prices generally were equal to those obtained at Timaru, and in some cases slightly better. The top prices were: For merino, 23|d, halfbred 29Jd, crossbred 17jd, pieces 173 d.
