TENTH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS. (Received 21 9.30 a.m.) London, Dec. 20. Congratulations from Australia, New Zealand, the Argentine, United States, Shanghai. Penang, Jerusalem, Rangoon, ami other parts were read at tho tenth birthday of Toe H. which was celebrated at a great gathering at the Albert Hall, attended by the Prince of Wales and the dominions’ High Commissioners. Padre Clayton appeared on the stage and delivered a striking address, appealing lor an extension of comradeship and helpfulness. The Prince of Whiles lit over 30 now lamps of maintenance including those for Sydney. New Zealand and India.— (Reuter.)
