HAGUE COMMITTEE S REPORT. (Receiced 25, 10.5 a.m.) Geneva, Nov. 24. The report of the Hague Opium Advisory Committee states that narcotics and opium, valued at more than £lOO.000 wholesale, and worth from five to ten times that to illicit dealers, have been seized during the past six months by the British and Dominion Governments.
