COMMUNISTS AND SOCIALIST. MOSCOW MOVE FOR UNITY. (Received 4, 8.55 a.m.) Moscow, May 3. Following the election of Hindcnberg, special conferences of the Moscow Communist Internationale, decided to appeal to the Socialist parties to join in the combat against capitalistic and monarchist reaction in all countries, and also to increase the propaganda, especially in Germany, where it is believed class war can advantageously be started. — (A. and N.Z.) *
