SEAPLANE BURLED IN MUD. PILOT AND OBSERVER SMOTHERED. (Received 4, 8.55 a.m.) Loudon, May 3. A seaplane and an aeroplane collided ever the mouth of the river Dee. The aeroplane landed safely, but the seaplane was buried in the mud, in which the pilot and observer were smothered.—(A. and N.Z.)
