MARTIAL LAW IN CAUCASIA. Constantinople, Sept. 9. A fierce struggle continues in Georgia between the Soviet forces and insurgents, who hold the principal transCaucasian railway. Martial law has been proclaimed throughout Caucasia. Soviet reinforcements are hurrying to the disaffected area. Many executions under the Soviet regime are reported from Batoum and Tiflis.—(Reuter.)
