UNCIVILISED ROBBERS.
IMPORTED LABOUR IN PARIS. (Received 10, 10.35 a.m.) Paris, Sept. 9. Paris is developing a coiour problem. Many natives oi Algeria. Tunis and Morocco were brought over to France during a temporary shortage or labour, and it is estimated that were are now 100,000 in Pans, constituting a grave menace. They aie mostly uncivilised robbers, and murders are reported almost daily. The authorities are considering their deportation and prohibition of emigration from French African colonies.—(Sydney “Sun” cable.) _____
