BOMBING RAIDS TO CEASE.
London, Jan. 31. The Air Ministry has ordered the cessation of bombing Mesopotamian villages whose inhabitants have not paid taxes, which, it is alleged, was only undertaken under pressure from the civil authorities.—(A. and N.Z.)
