FASCIST! IN PARIS.
THE RECENT MURDERS. ARREST OF ITALIANS. London, Sept. 11 The “Morning Po st’s” Paris correspondent says as a sequel to the Fascist murders the police, during a house to house search in the Italian quarter, arrested 25 Italians, who were nearly all illegally armed with revolvers, knives and knuckle dusters. Two are strongly suspected of complicity in the murder of Lombardo. Six were imprisoned and the others provisionally released pending expulsion. The prisoners, fearing castor oil and other drastic Fascist punishments, begged not to be sent to Italy and pleaded for deportation to Belgium.— (A. and N.Z.)
