TERRORISM IN WATERFORD. ARMED MOTOR RAIDERS. London, Sept. 10. Armed men in motor cars are terrorising the Waterford district, burning labourers’ cottages. Several inhabitants narrowly escaped being burned to death.—(A. and N.Z.)
