THE PICTURE HOUSES.
MUNICIPAL.
“My Wild Irish Rose,” a picture, the very title which will appeal to all sons of Emerald Isle is billed as th«‘ starring attraction at the Hastings Municipal Theatre this evening. The story is adapted from the famous stage play “The Shaugraun” which had such a success in London. The picture is a romance of Shamrock Isle, and breathes the very atmosphere of the old sod. and there is the touch of brogue in every title that makes one live in the; very atmosphere of Old Erin. Pauline Starke and Pat O’Maliy are the star players, and the interpretation of the former as the sweetheart of the shaugraun is tempered with pathos and feeling. A Mack Sennett comedy, screen snapshots, the chapter play and gazettes from the supporting part of the programme. This series will be shown for to-night only.
