POLLING TO-MORROW. The ratepayers of Hastings are reminded that th© poll on the question of borrowing £32,000 for the development of the Borough Electric Department will be held to-morrow, when th© polling stations will open at 9 a.m. and close at 7 ix m. The following places have been appointed polling stations:— Protestant Hall. Heretaunga street. St. Matthew’s Hall. Eastbourne st. Carberry’s Shop. Heretaunga street.
