NEW REPARATIONS PLAN. A PARIS EXPECTATION. \ (Received 16, 12.20 p.m.) Paris, March 15. “L© Matin’s” Berlin correspondent states that Herr Cuno (German Chancellor) does not object to seeking a way out of the present situation, but some members or the Cabinet strongly oppose it. It is expected that he will issue another plan of reparations if only to say France again refuses to listen to vii® voice of reason.—(A. and N.Z.)
