ROW- IN BULGARIAN CABINET. (Received 16, 12.20 p.m.) London, March 15. •“The Times’s” Sofia correspondent states that because the Premier, M. Stambouliski, presiding at a Cabinet meeting, insisted on the resignation of M. Omartchevsky, Minister of Education, the latter drew a revolver - and threatened to shoot the Premier; The members of the Cabinet ejected M. Omartschevskv with violence. — (Times.)
