The rebels have issued a proclamation that in view of the murders of prisoners of war and executions the present will be observed as a time of' mourning. All sorts of amusements will be suspended. Places of amusement and resorts will be closed. If the rebels are able to enforce this the aicl'igue-Siki fight will be affected. Mr. W.
