PRISONERS SENTENCED. Wellington, March 15. The following prisoners were sentenced in the Supreme Court:—John William Withey, for breaking, entry, and theft at Dannevirke. probation; John Mabalm. for false pretences, forgery, and uttering, twelve months’ imprisonment; Yee Him, for breaking and entering with intent, probation; Meang See Yong, for breaking and entering, probation;“Thomas William Phaup, for theft, forgery, and destroying documents with intent to defraud at Napier, nine months’ imprisonment with hard labour; Margaret Josephine Windus. for bigamy at YVanganui. a month’s imprisonment
